At Anakin’s Insights, every offering is created with intention, energetic care, and time. Due to the nature of digital products and spiritual services, the following policy applies:

🔹 Digital Products & Services

All sales are final for:

• Tarot & psychic readings

• Coaching / consultation sessions

• Digital downloads

• Online courses & programs

• Memberships & community access

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

🔹 Rescheduling Policy (for live sessions)

If you cannot attend your scheduled session:

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

🔹 Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• A duplicate order was placed

• The service was not delivered due to an error on our end
